At Good Vibes Happy Life™, each product is printed individually once you place your order. This helps reduce waste and ensures responsible production. Because items are custom-made, we can only provide refunds or replacements in specific circumstances.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We will gladly replace or refund an order if:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.

  • You receive an incorrect item, color, or size due to our fulfillment error.

  • Your item arrives significantly different from the description on our website.

To request a refund or replacement, email info@goodvibeshappylife.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short explanation describing the problem

Once reviewed, we will confirm whether a refund or replacement will be issued. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or exchanges are not available for:

  • Incorrect size or color chosen by the buyer

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Minor color or print variations caused by display differences

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing
