1. What makes Good Vibes Happy Life™ products special?

All of our products are made-to-order using high-quality, eco-friendly printing methods. This reduces waste and ensures that every piece is created with care, positivity, and purpose. Each purchase also supports our humanitarian outreach projects that help children and families worldwide.

2. How does print-on-demand work?

When you place an order, your item is printed, embroidered, or assembled specifically for you by our production partners. Once created, it’s shipped directly to your doorstep. This process ensures fresh production, sustainable practices, and zero overstock.

3. How long does shipping take?

Typical fulfillment takes 2–5 business days, followed by 5–12 business days for delivery depending on your location. International orders may take a little longer due to customs. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

4. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries across the globe. If your region isn’t supported, the checkout page will notify you before completing your purchase.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options supported by Shopify Payments.

6. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

7. How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with exact measurements. We recommend comparing those measurements to a favorite fitting garment to ensure the best fit.

8. Can I return or exchange an item?

Because every product is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size or color preference. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@goodvibeshappylife.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll replace it at no cost.

9. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders go into production quickly to keep delivery times short. Cancellations or changes can only be made within 2 hours of purchase. After that time, production has likely begun and the order cannot be changed.

10. I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Email info@goodvibeshappylife.com immediately with your correct address. If the order hasn’t entered production or shipping, we’ll update it for you. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.

11. My product looks slightly different from the photos — why?

Minor color variations may occur due to lighting, digital mockups, and screen calibration. Each item is hand-produced, giving every piece a unique finish — that’s part of its charm.

12. Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes. We use water-based inks, sustainable materials, and a made-to-order production model to reduce overproduction and textile waste. Your purchase supports both environmental responsibility and humanitarian causes.

Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Use mild detergent and avoid bleach. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly over prints or embroidery. Proper care keeps your message vibrant for years.
